Initial Consultation (60 minutes) A detailed assessment to explore: - Your medical history & HbA1c results - Current eating habits and lifestyle factors - Medications & blood sugar patterns - Your personal goals and challenges - You will leave with a clear, personalised action plan. Your tailored plan may include: - Balanced meal and portion guidance - Carbohydrate awareness and smart swaps - Meal timing strategies - Blood sugar–friendly snacks - Weight management support (if appropriate) - Label-reading guidance - Help with cravings or emotional eating - Supplement guidance (when suitable) All recommendations are practical, realistic, and tailored to you.
