No referral is needed. You can book directly without seeing your GP first.

You’ll leave with practical, personalised recommendations you can start using straight away.

We’ll talk through follow-up options and what ongoing support might look like.

Yes, online consultations are available and can be just as effective as in-person sessions.
Yes, I accept patients from BUPA. Just provide your pre-authorisation number when booking. Many private health insurers in the UK offer rebates for dietitian services, so please check with your insurer to confirm your coverage.
