This package is ideal if you: - Experience bloating, abdominal pain, constipation, diarrhoea, or both - Suspect certain foods worsen your symptoms - Feel anxious or confused about what to eat - Want professional guidance with the Low FODMAP diet - Have been advised by your GP or specialist to explore dietary management - Want a long-term, personalised plan — not generic advice What’s Included 1. Initial Consultation (60 minutes - online or in-person) A comprehensive assessment covering: - Symptom history and bowel patterns - Dietary habits, food triggers, and lifestyle factors - Medical background, stress levels, sleep, digestive rhythm - Supplement use and medications - Your goals, challenges, and preferences You will receive a clear plan outlining whether the Low FODMAP diet is suitable and how we will progress through each phase. 2. Personalised Low FODMAP Step-Down Plan Your tailored IBS plan includes all phases of the Low FODMAP approach: Phase 1: Gentle FODMAP Reduction (NOT strict elimination) A step-down method that focuses on: - Removing only the highest FODMAP triggers first - Maintaining variety and reducing overwhelm - Reducing symptoms without unnecessary restriction Phase 2: Targeted Low FODMAP Trial (if needed) A more structured short-term approach to improve symptoms and identify clearer patterns. Phase 3: Reintroduction Phase Guided, structured food challenges to identify your individual triggers. Phase 4: Personalisation Phase Building a long-term, sustainable diet with: - Foods you tolerate - Modified portions - Trigger management strategies - Gut-friendly lifestyle routines Your plan may also include support with fibre balance, hydration, stress reduction, movement patterns, probiotics (if appropriate), and symptom-lowering strategies. 3. Two Follow-Up Sessions (30 minutes each) These sessions focus on: - Managing symptoms during early dietary changes - Reviewing your food and symptom patterns - Guiding you through the reintroduction phase - Troubleshooting flare-ups - Building confidence in long-term food choices Each follow-up includes tailored adjustments to ensure continuous progress. 4. Weekly Email or Messaging Support Between sessions, you can ask questions, share challenges, and get reassurance throughout each step of the Low FODMAP journey. 5. Included Resources - FODMAP food lists - IBS symptom tracker - Deal and snack ideas - Stress & gut–brain connection tips. Programme Length: Approximately 8-12 weeks
