Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled, you will not incur in any fee. All cancellations will incur a £5 fee to account for administration and transaction fees. If you miss an appointment without notification, the amount paid for the consultation will not be reimbursed.
