Service Description

45 minute in-person review for existing clients. Follow-up appointments are a key part of Alice Dietitian packages and are where progress is reviewed, refined, and supported. These sessions build on your initial consultation to check what’s working, adjust your plan, and respond to changes in your health or lifestyle. As a HCPC-registered dietitian with 10+ years of clinical experience, I use follow-ups to apply professional judgement and ensure your care remains safe, personalised, and evidence-based. In a follow-up, we will: ✓ Review progress, symptoms, and outcomes ✓ Adjust your nutrition plan to fit real life ✓ Discuss any changes or results (where appropriate) ✓ Troubleshoot challenges and answer questions. Each follow-up is tailored to you, with a focus on sustainable change.
